About Arbor VS Virtual PA

My job is to free up your time so you can work with your clients and focus on growing your business.

My name is Ann Rachel Brett, (everyone calls me Rachel) and ArborVS is my company. After working in administration for nearly 30 years I set up ArborVS to provide virtual PA and secretarial services to businesses of all shapes and sizes.

As a member of ICO, I follow GDPR rules, and I have business insurance to cover all eventualities. Why is this so important? It is because my aim is to keep your business working effectively in a safe “arbor”.

Although able to work with any type of business, I specialise in helping rehabilitation companies which includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, osteopaths and mental health specialists. The type of companies I’ve worked for most recently include biomedical, medical and IT companies. I specifically help small practices who need that extra assistance with calls and administrative support and I’m happy to offer suggestions for the smooth running of your business based on my previous experiences. I have also worked in various departments within larger firms who needed HR support and training administration.

I’m here to provide regular secretarial support or just to help with one-off projects. My job is to free up your time so you can work with your clients and focus on growing your business.

My hobbies including cooking and crafting and I can spend hours making things for relaxation. I enjoy cooking and eating good food as well as meeting people, visiting new places to gain inspiration and for relaxation.
